1. This DCZ7XR series high speed digital flatbed cutter is a newly developed cutting system aiming at the industries like packaging, printing, advertisement, display, etc.
2. Configured with versatile tools including oscillating knife, creasing wheel, drag knife, V cutting knife and pen,
3. This high speed cutting equipment whose maximum cutting depth is 60mm, can be used to cut corrugated paper, honeycomb board, card paper, foam, grey board, KT board, PVC expansion board and other materials.
4. This product also called box sample maker, sample maker, AD cutting machine, Display cutting machine, foam cutting machine, smart digital cutting system and so on, according to the different cutting material and application.
5. This product can be used for sample making and small scale production in the industries of packaging, printing, advertisement, etc.
Main features：
1. Our high speed digital flatbed cutter consists of two independent modules and its cutting tools are interchangeable.
2. Table of this digital corrugated board cutter is designed with a new vacuum zone and adopts steel frame instead of the original section material frame. This new design endows the cutting machine with stronger suction capacity and more stable mechanical property
3. Automatic tool setting system makes tool replacement more convenient. After replacing the knife tools, you just need to press the button and then depth of the knife tool will be set automatically. In this way, damaged to the cutting table caused by manual operation error will be avoided
