Extrusion blow molding machines are used for making HDPE detergent bottles with an average cycle time of 22 second. Thus, it is easy to configure the station and parison head number or mold cavities of one blow molding machine, and the number of blow molding machines as per the production rate demand from bottle manufacturer.
In order to meet the raising demand on the high productivity blow molding machine, Kenneth team developed a 2+2 5L blow molding machine with a production rate of 650 bottles per hour. It is equipped with a double parison die head, two sets of 2 cavity mold and a plasticizing system with the screw of 80mm diameter.
