Long short hemp straw decortication line charicater:
1.Automatic stem feeding and cutting.
2.1000kg hemp straw can get 100kg long fiber,length more than 500mm,and 100kg short fiber,length 200~800mm.
3. Short fiber shives below 5%.
4.Combine Belgium and French technic.
5.The stem more than 70% will be broken by bale opener,we use hydraulic pressing rollers for crusher,And the crushed shives will be removed by vibration belt and openning rollers of the refining units.The fiber will be opened again and again in first refining unit.More than 80% shives will be removed.The balance shives will be removed by the second refining unit.
