Composition structure
Feeding device: composed of hopper, feeding rack, and hopper lifting system, its main function is to feed various materials into the mixer in a certain proportion and sequence.
Mixing mechanism: The core part of the mixer, whose main function is to mix materials such as sand, stone, cement, water, additives, etc. added to the mixing drum into homogeneous concrete.
Water supply system: Provides a fixed amount of water to the mixer to meet the needs of concrete mixing. Common water supply methods include siphon water tank quantitative water supply, turbine flowmeter, etc.
Unloading mechanism: It can be roughly divided into three forms: pneumatic, manual, and motorized, used to unload the mixed concrete from the mixing drum.
Working principle
Self falling mixer: By rotating the cylinder, a portion of the material is lifted to different heights, and then the material falls freely by its own weight to mix with each other. Due to the different time, landing point, and rolling distance of the material falling, the material particles are interlaced and mixed with each other to achieve uniform mixing.
Forced mixer: Stirring is carried out through the rotation of blades inside the barrel. When blades at different angles and positions pass through the material layer, they move and force the material to move in a circular, radial, and vertical direction. The space after the blades pass through is filled with materials that have been flipped over the blades, materials from the inverted pots on both sides, and materials pushed by adjacent blades. Through the blades, shear displacement is forced between the materials to achieve uniform mixing.
