1. Usage XJJ series conveyor belt inspection and repairing slitting machine is mainly suitable for inspection and packaging of fabric core flat rubber conveyor belts.
The whole machine is divided into four parts: rubber belt unwinder,maintenance and slitting platform, rubber belt pulling, rubber belt winding. 2. Technical parameter

3. Structure: 3.1 Rubber belt unwinding
The rubber belt unwinding device is mainly used to guide the rubber belt,It is composed of a guide bracket and a safety protection shaft seat.
Square shaft: 100*100*2400 (common to square bar and vulcanizer)
Maximum coiling diameter: 3000 mm
Maximum bandwidth: 2100mm
3.2 Maintenance and slitting platform
The maintenance platform is mainly used for the size, thickness, and surface defects of the rubber belt, and repairs such as grinding if the defects are found. At the same time, a fixed-length measuring electronic ruler is installed on the platform for the fixed-length measurement of the rubber belt. It is mainly composed of bracket, platform, idler and slitting device.
3.3 Rubber belt winding.
The rubber belt coiling is mainly used for coiling the conveyor belt after inspection and slitting, which is convenient for storage and delivery. The device adopts a double-roller friction coiling structure and is driven by a motor reducer.
