Semi automatic bag on valve aerosol filling machine is an efficient filling equipment for packaging products of aerosols. The machine has a beautiful appearance, programmable control by a microcomputer (PLC), and photoelectric sensing.
This machine is a device that fills compressed air into a tank, seals the valve with a bag, and fills the raw material into the bag inside the tank, completely isolating the raw material from the tank. The propellant is replaced by compressed air (purified) instead of propane liquefied gas, dimethyl ether, etc., thus solving the problem of leakage caused by raw material corrosion of the tank. When in use, open the valve, and the compressed air pressure inside the tank will force the bag to press the raw materials out of the tank. When the raw materials are completely pressed out, the compressed air inside the tank will still remain in the tank. Therefore, the shape of the sprayed raw material mist can be repeatedly filled and changed by changing the valve actuator. This machine has fast speed, precise filling capacity, good sealing airtightness, and the inflation pressure can be adjusted to the desired pressure at will.Product Parameters
