We produce bamboo floors from the start of raw materials. Each harvest season, we will produce and stock a big quantity of bamboo raw materials for orders. During production , we have strict quality control from the raw material to finished bamboo floor. Therefore, we are in a position to maintain a stable quality and on-time delivery for our customers. For other supplier, they might need to purchase the bamboo strips from outside.This means their quality would be sometimes good and sometimes bad, and there would be delivery problems if material cost rise and they just would not get the bamboo materials. 2) Production capacity: We have been exporting around 80 -100 container on a monthly basis. We would maintain a stable supply to assist our customers developing the market to the maximum extent. To initialize a start, we also accept trial order with mixed models. 3) Flexible production arrangement: For carbonized horizontal bamboo, we would deliver the first container in 7-10 days. For other styles of bamboo floors, our production time is around 20-30 days. As we have regular orders running each day, we would make the same fast delivery for start of trial orders. 4) Our patented click lock Tap&Go with bamboo flooring Tap & Go locking system was invented by our company. It is world’s core patented technology in the flooring industry; only one in China, one of the three in the world; break the monopoly of industry magnate from Euro and US, changing the development of the flooring industry and the interest structure in the world.
