After carburizing and quenching, the hardness of the tooth surface is ≥ HRC56. The precision level of the gear tooth surface after grinding is not less than level 6. Oil pool splash lubrication is used between each transmission component. The overall design of the machine is compact, beautiful, and has a wide range of rotational speeds. Its main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar international products. According to user needs, Y series motors, brake motors, roller conveyor motors, explosion-proof motors, single-phase motors, variable frequency motors, electromagnetic speed regulating motors, DC motors, high slip rate motors, variable pole multi speed motors, etc. can be configured as driving motors.
