The blow molding machine YD82PC is specially designed for the production of PC pure water bucket. It can also produce various hollow blow molding products made of PC such as lampshades, bottles, pots, cans, barrels etc. This machine is very suitable for PC material extrusion blow molding. The actual production speed can reach 60pcs/h (for 5 gallon pure water bottle with handle, the actual production speed is 52pcs/h).
Basic installation including Die head: special center feeding die head Extrusion system: Adopt imported automatic temperature controlling device. Drive the screw with motor reducer to realize stepless regulating Clamping device: Adopt bi-directional synchronous clamping device with double axis single cylinder. Blowing device: with bottom blowing type Hydraulic system: The whole hydraulic system adopts world-famous brand controlling components and proportional controlling circle. Electric controlling system: Adopt Panasonic brand PLC. Every electric component is in famous brand.
