Complete process chain from the production of CaCl2 solution, through its concentration, to the final product, such as: Calcium Chloride Pellets.
The whole calcium chloride granulation line starts from calcium chloride reaction preparation to final spray granulation for producing anhydrous calcium chloride. It mainly includes three parts:
1. Reaction section
2. Continuous Fluidized bed drying granulation

Banghua avails one design center and two manufacturing sites, with a total covered surface in excess of 10000 m2. Proprietary equipment is manufactured in the two manufacturing facilities.

We successfully develop spray granulation technology with continuous top spray fluidized bed (square box type) and side spray fluidized bed (cylinder type) with the advantages of continuous, stable, high efficiency, energy efficient and environment friendly. The direct and indirect hot air furnace and gas phase all welded plate heat exchanger developed independently by ourselves reach advanced level in both domestic and international market. We have more than 10-year rich experience in the clacium chloride filed, including concentration, evaporation, drying, flaking and granulation.
