1、 Overview
The aerated box is a pneumatic homogenizing device in cement industry, which is used for feeding or mixing powdery materials in the warehouse. It is suitable for all kinds of raw material storehouse, storehouse and mixed homogenizer. Its shape can be divided into four categories: rectangle, right angle trapezoid, isosceles trapezoid and special type of gas box. The aerated box has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, no noise, easy maintenance and even mixing. It is widely used in cement industry and is an indispensable equipment for cement and raw material storage and mixing production process.
2、 Technical performance:
A. Mixing material - dry powder material, the surface moisture is allowed to be less than 1%;
B. Air permeability - less than 3m3 / m2 · min;
C. Wind pressure - less than 4kg / cm2;
D. Permeability layer resistance - less than 1200pa;
E. Air permeable material synthetic fiber blended polyester air permeable layer.
3、 Arrangement, shape and installation:
In principle, the larger the proportion of the actual arrangement area to the total area is required to be, the better. The central area (mixing area) of mixing tank and mixing homogenization tank is more important. Six basic arrangement forms of a, B, C, D, e and F are provided for selection.
Type A and type B arrangement (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) are suitable for cement or raw meal mixing homogenization silo with diameter less than 12m. The aeration box in the annular zone is inclined to the central zone, and the aeration tank in the central zone is horizontally installed.
Type C arrangement (see Fig. 3) is suitable for cement or raw meal mixing homogenization silo with diameter above 12m. The aeration box in the annular zone is inclined to the center, and the aeration tank in the central zone is horizontally installed.
The arrangement of D-type aeration box (see Fig. 4) is suitable for cement or raw material storage of various specifications. The annular zone inflatable box is inclined to the central zone, and the central zone is horizontally installed, but the central zone is smaller.
The E-shaped arrangement (see Fig. 5) is suitable for cement or raw meal storage and mixing tanks of various specifications. The annular zone aeration tank is installed inclined to the central zone, and the central zone is horizontally installed.
F-type arrangement (see Fig. 6) is suitable for all kinds of cement or raw material mixing tanks, and all aeration boxes are installed horizontally.
Each of the six basic arrangements has its own advantages and disadvantages as well as the scope of application. The design and use departments can select the number of zones according to the actual situation, and the number of zones of the inflatable box can be carried out according to the actual situation, but it must comply with the provisions of four zones, six zones, eight zones and twelve zones.
4、 Order notice:
When ordering, the specification of homogenization warehouse and the overall dimension of the inflatable box shall be indicated, or the layout sketch of the bottom of the silo shall be provided for the special design and manufacture of the user.
It can be customized according to customer size, and has high temperature resistant breathable layer and silicon carbide gasification plate for users to choose. New and old customers are welcome to patronize.
