Technical features:
1. The upper cleaning rolleradopts thick wall seamless steelpipe, which is treated by new metal process,resistant to the impact ofstones and hard obiects,andthe roller is not deformed processed with special 2. The U-shaped thorn strip ismaterials,which is noteasy to be damaged,durable for a long time and has good impurity removal effect
3. The pricking roller is designed with large diameter,which improves the area and eficiency of impurity removal,reduces thespeed,does not damage the fiber and the machine is more stable;
4. The upper structure is designed and instaled with dust suction device to ensure that there is no dust in front of the cotton drip board and improve the working environment;
5. The new concept of working box parameter design is conducive to the rapid operation of cotton roll,and the lint content rate of coton seed can be adjusted.
6. The unique medium box seed discharge technology is adopted,which has high yield and low energy consumption,and can normaly adapt to the processing seed cotton with high moisture;
7. lmported blind saw blade is adopted,which has high output,long service life and good quality of lint processing;
8. The front box is designed with afire prevention mechanism,which can quickly process the fire seed cotton without stopping the machine during production, saving manpower,material and financial resources.
