Packaging & Shipping
Standard Package
In general, 10 pcs are taken in a styrofoam tray.10 trays in a carton. Total 100pcs in a carton.
Special Package or Custom-made Package
1. If you have special requests with packing, please let us know. Here we could give many packing ways to you.
2. Custom-made boxes are available, we have great packing supplier for custom-made box.if you have gift boxes request, we could give you many designs with full support.
Shipping
Many friends concern about the shipping cost, normally the goods will send out through DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, FedEx(door to door) if you do not have a domestic forwarder in China. The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watch models, packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommend the most economic one for you.

FAQ
Q: What is your MOQ? Can I mix colors & styles?
A: No MOQ limited for in-stock watches. You could order whatever you like items in stock.
For normal custom-made series, the MOQ is 500 pieces for each model each color.
Also, we will provide you with the best solution according to your req.
Q: Can we have our logo on the watches?
A: Yes. We accept OEM & ODM from customers, latest designs every month to our clients.OEM is welcome and design services will be provided
after the order is placed.
Q: Will you provide samples and how much is it?
A: If OEM order sample will be provided after designs is confirmed.
Sample fee includes the price for mold, and it depends on different items.
If stock items customer could make a trial order for samples.
Q: How long is the delivery time of sample and mass order?
A: For stock samples, the lead time for 3days.
For OEM order, stainless steel watches and other material watches.
It depends on quality and material:
Usually, for alloy watch, plastic and silicon, the delivery time is 30-40workdays.
Stainless steel watches and brass watches the delivery time is 60-70workdays.
Q: What is your package?
A: Regular package:
1.10 piece will be put into a styrofoam tray;
2.10 layer trays are taken in a carton;
Carton size:41.7cm*30cm*30cm;
Special packaging:
As per customer request.
Note: regular packaging service is free.

Q: About payment:
A:1. For the small amount, we can accept payment by PayPal, Western Union and Secure payment(ESCROW).
2. For the bigger amount, T/T by banks, L/C and Trade Assurance are acceptable. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery.
Q: How about the shipping method?
A: If you have agents in China or courier, goods can be sent to your agent or ur courier after payment.
If you have no cooperated courier, We will provide the best shipping method for you with the lowest price, make sure arrive safety.
Q: How about the warranty?
A: The warranty is 12 months, we can provide free replacements or refund for the defective items. if the watch movement is defective, we will arrange movement to replace the bad movement(except battery consumes problems). As the watch case, glass, band, buckle troubles generally cause by human personal problems, then not under the warranty. We do not cover any items for damage after use or as the result of water damage
