Flexitank It is a new type of flexible packaging container that can store and transport various non-dangerous liquid goods. Each flexitank can be placed in a 20-foot container, with a volume of 14-24 cubic meters, and can store and transport up to 24,000 liters of liquid.
Flexitanks can replace expensive tanks in the transportation of non-hazardous liquids. The raw materials of the product have no pollution to the environment, and are especially suitable for transportation such as sea, railway, and land transportation.
Outer: PolypropylenePolypropylene woven fabric helps to reduce leakage or damage of
goods packed in container liner bags. It is used for the outer layer of
PE film, and the corrugated box is shaped to play a supplementary
protection role.Liner: PolyethyleneIn the production of container flexitank, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is used, because LLDPE hashigh softening temperature and melting temperature, high strength, good toughness, high rigidity, heat resistance, cold resistance, etc. advantage.
