Product Introduction
SANPPL-120H is one paper corner board making machine with speed of 60m/min. This paper corner board machine has 12 groups of pressing wheels,and it is only for V shaped paper corner board production. Also have features of simple operation, convenient maintenance and high configuration.

1) Suspended paper stand with buffering effect, replace the paper rolls with hoist, no need stop to the machine.
2) Automatic controller for glue temperature ensures the good quality even in winter.
3) Heating system for production line, makes the protectors stronger.
4) Molding wheels adopt box type suspended structure, easy to change mold.
5) Touch screen and human-computer interface of servo system, teh operation is more personalization, the operation for adjust air cylinder is more convenient.
6) Automatic to alarm, malfunction, easy to adjust and maintain.
7) Hudraulic cutting system, maximum frequency is 90 times/min.
8) Automatic stacking system with counter.
9) Through changing tools, it can produce U profile protector and Flat board.
