Generally use crusher to reduce the size of the material and then delivery by screw conveyor or vane pump before cooking. The motor model and the speed of the crushing shaft can be adjusted according to the production demand, the operation cost is low.The design of quick repair and replacement parts makes the crusher more efficient. Main Features 1) low speed axis can handle metals in raw materials. 2) equipped with electronic speed monitoring, the motor can be stopped immediately when large matter enter the crusher. 3) the spindle is equipped with heavy roller bearings, which can resist large radial and axial impact. 4) standard parts are used for driving from motor to shaft. 5) localized structures can replace parts in a short time. 6)the material inlet and outlet are equipped with standard removable butt flanges.
