Product Description
This machine is used to separate wax and water in the wax liquid drained from the dewaxing autoclave. It consists of Buffer, Wax filter tank, Wax transport pump, Separator body and Wax conveying pipe.
Features
Small area covered, the wax processing ability of one set can replace 8~12 sets of dewater units with the capacity of 300L in the traditional process, greatly reducing the input of other equipment and equipment area;
Energy saving, the heat source comes from the high temperature saturated steam in the dewaxing autoclave;
The time of removing moisture is short, the whole process needs 25-30 minutes, with little damage to the wax.
Simple installation and easy operation, the system has automatic control mode and manual control when need maintenance.
Valves are all pneumatic insulation valves to reduce the manual operation, easy to use. The Wax and water separator is heated by high temperature steam, which is quick and efficient.
