High-speed gantry machining center by large torque spindle and ultra-high rigidity structure design, endowed this series with outstanding heavy-duty cutting ability, any want to improve the chip removal rate, reduce the machining cycle, or a variety of difficult to cut materials machining problems, can be easily overcome by FGS series machining center.
The optimized slide rail is equipped with a high-specification four-slide rail base and a three-slide rail crosshead, so that the structural rigidity, load capacity and precision stability of this series surpass other similar models on the market.
The flexible five-face machining module can be upgraded to a five-face machining machine with an optional automatic tool changer and a vertical and horizontal tool change system.
Excellent eyebrow removal and cooling capacity, equipped with two spring-loaded eyebrow lifters and iron eyebrow conveyor as standard, excellent chip removal efficiency. The 1000L large-capacity water tank can effectively suppress the thermal temperature rise of cutting fluid and ensure machining accuracy.
