Product Feature:
Extruding thickness: 0.02~1.8mm
Productivity: 50~230 Kg/Hr ACCORDING TO THICKNESS and width of the extruding film/sheet.
1. Extruding unit can be moved forward and backward, cooperated with embossing unit fluctuate, which will be more convenient for changing roller and clean the t-die and guarantee operation satety.
2. Italy designed screw enhances plasticizing capability, imported static mixer ensures melting of resins, homogeneous color and increase the quality of the sheets.
3. T-die is from EDI America, which guarantees even thickness and flatness of extruded sheet.
4. Italian made Gearbox has advantages of high efficiency, frictionless and low noise.
5. SCR system is adopted for temperature controling, tolerance of temperature difference is ± 1ºC. This may precisely control plasticizing processes, sheet thickness, flatness and neatness.
6. Microcomputer automatic temperature controlling system precisely controls temperature of embossing roller and cooling roller, so as to make sheet to be flat and neat, keeping the thickness homogeneous.
7. Computer and servo-motor controlled cutting unit guanrantees accurate length and quantity of the sheet.
8. Electric contrl system completely uses international standard with quality, renowned parts and components. And it is synchroized computer comtrlooers to operate the production line safely and conveniently.
