Product maintenance
Common faults The micropores of the aeration head are blocked, and the aeration cannot be performed or the aeration volume is small; generally, the cleaning method is used to solve it.
According to several common application situations, the cleaning method is as follows:
1. For decarbonization and filtration in the pharmaceutical and chemical fields, backflushing and backwashing methods combined with ultrasonic cleaning are often used for better results.
2. In the water industry, since most of the water-insoluble salts and oxides are intercepted on the surface of the filter element, it is generally soaked in 5% nitric acid, and the cleaning effect can be achieved without ultrasonic cleaning.
3. For raw liquid filtration, the following methods should be used for cleaning in combination with the chemical properties of the pollutants:
(1) Alkaline cleaning: Soak in 3-5% sodium hydroxide analytically pure solution for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 degrees, which is better in an ultrasonic cleaner. After immersion, flush the inside and outside with filtered deionized water or water for injection until neutral, and measure the conductivity. Blow dry with pure air ≥ 0.4MPa pressure. the
(2) Pickling: Soak in 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours at a temperature of about 40 degrees. It is better in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. (3) Organic matter pollution can be cleaned in combination with surfactants, and the cell debris pollution system combined with the enzyme cleaning effect is ideal (food and beverages can be cleaned with high-concentration citric acid). the
(4) The above methods can be used alone or in conjunction with each other. If conditions permit, the effect of combining with an ultrasonic cleaning machine is good.
