Tubular centrifuge is a kind of fine separation equipment. Application:
GQ Clarification Type: mainly used for separating various suspensions that are difficult to separate, especially suitable for solid-liquid separation with low concentration, high viscosity, fine solid particles, and small solid-liquid specific gravity difference. GF Separation Type: it is mainly used to separate various emulsion that are difficult to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation with little difference in two-phase density (the specific gravity difference is greater than 0.1%), and liquid-liquid solid three-phase separation with a small amount of impurities. Separation of oil products, transformer oil, dehydration and dewaxing of edible oil, turbine oil, biodiesel, coal tar, lubricating oil, marine fuel oil, quenching oil; Separation of various syrup agents; Whole blood separation - separating plasma and blood cells from whole blood; Separation of biological products; Oil water separation, sewage treatment, etc.
The minimum separation particle size of a tubular centrifuge is 1 micrometer, which is particularly suitable for the separation, extraction, concentration, and clarification of materials with small specific gravity differences between liquid and solid phases, fine solid particle size, low content, and strong corrosive media. Working Principle The tubular centrifuge is composed of sliding bearing assembly, drum assembly, liquid collecting plate assembly, machine head assembly, body, etc. The power of the motor is transmitted to the belt pulley and the main shaft on the machine head through the belt and pressure pulley, so as to drive the drum to rotate around its own axis at high speed, forming a strong centrifugal force field on the inner wall of the drum. The material is injected into the drum through the bottom feed port, and under the strong centrifugal force, the material liquid is forced to move in layers. The light liquid is in the center of the drum, flows to the upper part of the drum, and is recovered through the liquid collecting tray; the heavy solid is thrown on the inner wall of the drum, and is manually discharged after shutdown.
