JTP65 1 to 1 ratio mini right angle gearbox (also known as a miniature right angle gearbox, a miniature right angle bevel gearboxes, or a miniature spiral bevel gear boxes) is the best option available on the market for the miniature automation applications, such as semiconductor, when high performance is required and space is at a premium.
1. Maximum allowable torque 7 Nm, Maximum allowable power 1.1 kw, maximum allowable input or output speed 1500 rpm.
2. Bevel gears ratios 1:1, customize 2:1. Transmission efficiency up to 94-98%.
3. Used in pairs spiral bevel gears to transmit rotary motion, mechanical power and torque.
4. Cubic shape, universal mounting positions, can be easily mounted in any direction.
5. Solid shaft as standard. Customized hollow shaft, motor adapter like IEC flange etc.
6. 2 way, 2 way reverse, 3 way, 3 way reverse, 4 way, 4 way reverse configurations as standard.
7. 12 types drive shaft arrangements and rotating directions. Note: drive shafts can be rotated in both clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation directions.
8. Mouting positions: horizontal mounting, overhung mounting, wall mounting.
9. Lubrication depends on output speed. Standard is grease lubrication that is maintenance free.
10. High efficiency, high transmission capacity, low backlash, noiseless operation, low running temperature and long service life.
Product Material

* Housing: Aluminum alloy and Anodized.
* Spiral Bevel Gears: High purity rugged alloy steel 20CrMnTi, Carburizing and Quenching, Case Hardened and Lapped in Pairs.
* Input Shaft and Output Shaft: Hardened and tempered alloy steel 40Cr as standard. Custom Stainless Steel 304 or 316.
* Bearing: Equipped with Tapered Roller Bearings with heavy load capacity. Custom reinforced bearings for higher radial and axial load. Custom Stainless Steel 304.
* Oil Seals: Double-lip Oil Seal, High Dust-proof and Oil leak proof.
* Lubricants: Applications with high speeds and/or high daily duty cycle, Gear oil #320 lubrication is recommended. But applications with low input speed (less than 200rpm) and low daily duty cycle, #0 or #00 lithium grease is recommended. Note: For input speeds 1500 rpm a change in oil level may be required in combination with a breather (vent).

* Inspection of Bevel Gearbox: model, input shaft diameter, output shaft(solid or hollow) diameter, input flange dimensions, shaft arrangements, rotation directions, mounting positions, gear ratios, accessories, lubrications, housing color, orders with special requirements.
* Inspection of Lifting System: except above points, must inspect the order quantities of jacks, gearboxes and others.
