Drum wood chippers to the wood,waste board,carton stem, wood stem, wood log, wood branch, palm wastes waste veneers, all kinds of wood, coconut shell etc.Equipped with special blade steel 55SiCR and H12, specialized in processing materials with high toughness, also very durable with twice lifetime than normal blade steels, especially efficient for crushing plywood veneers.able to produce wood chips with even shapes and size, 30-50mm chips.
working principle: wood wastes enters into the wood chipopers via the force hydraulic feeding device to to working chamber.when material touches the cutter,they are running together with the rotor with high speed to bit the raw material,the rotary is a rotaring drum wheel with the quantities cutter,the flying cutter to cut the raw material into chips.the equipped fence to control the discharge size. Characters: 1.Equipped with customised famous brand Type-R Harden Gear reducers to provide smooth material feeding, guarantee the overall performance;to keep and ensure working uptime and operation. outstanding is durable and robust.
