This machine can cut flexible materials from roll to sheet,such as plastic,paper,label,film,foam,aluminum foil etc.DELTA Servo motor pull the material,high precision.
MITSUBISHI PLC with touch screen to set any length,quantity,speed.
Durable SKD11 blade.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
3 inch inflatable shaft for unwinding,6 inch is optional.The unwind shaft can be taken off for the heavy roll material.
1.Servo motor connect with the rubber roller to pull the material,high precision.2.Polished and anodized aluminum guiding roller leads the material always in the right way.
3.Swing arm to control the feeding tension.
1.Durable SKD11 blade,easy adjust,provide the manual to you.2.2 sensor to protect operator safe.
3.Mirror polish collector.
On the touch screen,you can set any length,quantity,speed ,etc.
With standard MITSUBISHI PLC and DELTA servo driver &motor,other brands is optional.
Optional:1.Panasonic photocell to track the printed mark for precise cutting.2.Electrical static eliminator to remove static electricity.
3.Conveyor belt.
