PORTABLE FIBER LASER MARKING MACHINE
CKD- PLMB, V17.08
CKD-PLMB V17.08 is a type of portable laser marking machine, with optional laser power of 20W, 30W, 50W and 60W. Mainly used for marking logo on metal and some non-metal, such as hard plastic, dark color painted face of materials. For examples, power bank, charger cover, black paper packing, pens, stationery, pet tag, jewelry, weapon, knives, cup, pump, vehicle parts, 3C, digital products, gifts and so on.
CKD-PLMB V17.08 is very easy to operate.
1. locate the material in marking scope under the marking head. The marking scope is optional, we supply lens scope of 100*100mm, 150*150mm and 200*200mm. The bigger power can match the bigger lens. Smaller lens can help the laser have higher focus energy when the laser power keeping the same. If you will choose a big power of laser marking machine, recommend two lenses of both bigger and smaller.
2. Import your marking content in the marking software of EzCad2. We will match each machine with authorized software with series number on BJJCZ control board. The marking software supports automatically engraving of QR code, bar code, kinds of vector marking, bit map (real photo) printing, circle marking, rotary marking and so on.
3. Then, get right focus by switching the wheel on the top of the machine. There are two configurations can be chosen for V17.08:
(1) Two dots focus tools, one is inside the machine, another is outside the machine. When the red dots overlap like above picture, the laser is on right focus.
(2) Three dots focus tools, one is inside the machine, the other two are built-in the marking head (the cuboid galvanometer, like picture above). When the three dots overlap, the laser is on right focus.
The advantage of the second way: can easily change the focus tool once the service life of them is finished.
Compared with other way of marking, laser marking is higher precision, faster speed, more functions and long service life. CKD LASER will send you user guide with maintenance guide to help you expand the using.
4. Start the marking by mouse, or by keyboard, or by footswitch. Above photos show the marking results by CKD-PLMB V17.08.
The cabinet of the machine can be separated with its marking frame. User can place the machine like a desktop computer. The position board is with standard position holes, the user can fix on slide slots, rotary, XY table, cutting fixture and so on, to facilitate your laser engraving work.
Focus reader above is an optional part for some new users. The laptop computer here is also optional, it needs more USD400 besides the machine. You also can use the machine with your computer. Our marking machine adapts to windows system of Win7/8/10.
CKD-PLMB, V17.08 meet standard of CE and FDA. We sold globally, please inform us your electricity with order. We will match the machine with 220V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz, and match with different plugs of international standard, EU standard, or American standard.
Recommend rotary of CKD-RF00-50 or CKD-RF08-69 if you will mark jewelry, suggest CKD-RF01-80H or CKD-RF02-100H if you want to mark bigger cylinders. If your workshop is without smoke or dusty exhaust system, advise you EX-2000 smoke filter, it can help you remove smell and purified air during laser marking or cutting.

How to choose a right configuration quickly?
1. 20W is for light surface logo marking, 50W is for deeply marking or thin metal cutting. If you want both functions, can consider 30W.
2. 20W choose100*100mm lens. 30W can choose 150*150mm or 100*100mm. 50W can choose 200*200mm, or 150*150mm or 100*100mm. Marking scope is the zone where the laser can scan once. Marking scope needs to cover your biggest logo, rather than your biggest material.
I want an upgrade configuration.
CKD-PLMB V17.08 is enough for basic marking. If you want more functions, please contact our sales for PLMB V19.08 or V19.09, or PL3D. They are more expensive but indeed worthy and help you improve work efficiency.
Notice: We will match the machine with one default lens of 100*100mm if you didn't appoint.
