Pultrusion equipment is a kind of equipment that uses hydraulic principle to perform pultrusion molding. It is usually composed of hydraulic pump station, hydraulic cylinder, mold, extruder and other components. Its working principle is to heat and soften the raw materials, extrude them into the required shape through the extruder, and then put the billet into the mold, and apply pressure through the hydraulic cylinder to make the billet mold in the mold. This equipment has the advantages of fast molding speed, good product quality and high production efficiency.
FRP pultrusion is one of new FRP production processes, it's formation easily, main material are fiberglass and resin, it is a continuous process for the manufacture of products having a constant cross section, such as rod stock, structural shapes, beams, channels, pipe, tubing, fishing rods etc.This system consist of roving racks, resin bath, mould calibrating table, to-and-frotraction machine, cutting saw, racks for finished products and control system.
It is used to produce glass fiber reinforced plastic pultruded profiles, glass fiber reinforced plastic pultruded pipes, beautification covers, floor beams, square tubes, solid side and other profiles. The equipment is durable and equipped with special molds, so that you can pull 1 products to the end without damage.

Pigments to add colorand enhance the product's appearance may also be added at this point. Catalysts that will assist incuring or solidifying the profile also find their way into the mix. This step is important in protecting thefinal product from corrosion, UV rays, and other impact issues.
Exposure to Heat Source
Now, it is time to turn up the heat. With the resin base now attached, theproduct enters a hot, steel-forming die. This hot die is pivotal to the pultrusion process as it creates thehard shape of the material.
