Equipment summary Introduction: This Rubber Dispersion Kneader (banbury mixer) is mainly used for plasticizing and mixing of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber and plastics, foaming plastics, and used in mixing of various the degree materials. They are also suitable for mixing a variety of low viscosity materials. The improved tangential and intermeshing rotor could meet most customers ' formula and processing requirements. Tangential type rotor has two-wings, four-wings structure, Inimprove rubber dispersion and cooling effect, guarantee the quality of rubber mixing. 1) Motor: 3- phase asynchronous motor.
2) Speed reducer: hard-teeth reducer from Jiangsu Kaibo.
3) The electric elements: Electric use of PLC control, PLC use Omron products in Japan.
4) The thickness of hard chrome plated for mixing chamber & rotors: 0.08~0.12mm.
5) Mixing chamber: 16MN plate.
6) Rotor: the rotor shaft end is inlaid with alloy ring, 2 wings, the comers ridges and end surface are bead welded with abrasion resistant hard alloy to be polished after being ground and plated with hard chromium. 7) Sealing type: outside copper seal , the most advanced seal method.
8) Feeding type: rear feed, front discharge.
9) Hydraulic driven chamber tilt system.
10) Feeding gate: automatic.
11) Mixing chamber equipped with a thermocouple, operation cabinet equipped with a thermometer, to monitor the mixing chamber temperature. Advantages:
In the closed state, the desulfuration will come within 10-15 minutes at the temperature 210 through adopting high pressing, high shearing and high friction.

2) Spiral angle and over lapping length of the blades of the rotors are of reasonable design and make the materials to be dispersed uniformly.
3) Surface where is contracted with the machine are all plated with hard chromium and polished, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
4) Jacket construction is adopted in parts that surfaces contact with materials to achieve excellent water-cooling or steam-heating effect and fit in with the needs of plastics and rubber processing technology.
5) Feeding from back door on the frame(or separate top door) is convenient ofr continuous process operation in production line. The mixing chamber is able to turn forward by 140 around th front rotors to discharge and is easy for changing pigments and cleaning the chamber.
6) Programmable logic controller (PLC) is adopted in the electric-control system, which has reliable control function and alarm function, and interlock safety-protection function and it is provided with serial interface of net.
