Our SG100, SG130, SG160, SG180 series of wire mesh weaving machines cover the weaving from light to heavy fabrics. Can weave stainless steel wire, copper wire, nickel wire, aluminum wire, platinum, silver, alloy, polyester and so on. The CNC system based on PLC control, the weft insertion system controlled by AC servo motor, the calculation method of tension control, and the CNC let-off and winding mechanism have improved the quality of weaving. Our CNC wire mesh weaving machines are not only widely used in China, but also exported to foreign countries, such as Japan, South Korea, India, Vietnam, Europe and other countries and regions.

Weft insertion: High performance servo motor CNC single-way or two-way weft insertion, full carbon fiber rapier.
