The typical and representative work-piece is : Gear Case used for Millitary Motor(MTU Company), Railway Bogie used for Railway( CSR Coporation Company), Oil Plate, Petrol Pump, Etc.
CKM 6232 CNC Gantry/Bridge Milling Machine with movable work-table adopts Japanese advanced technology of dynamic stiffness, which has high vibration absorption, more high accuracy, high precision, high rigidity and stability even under a large torque and heavy cutting.
The machine has multi-functions of milling, boring, drilling inner holes, ex-circle, flat surface, bench, cone, spherical surface, grooves etc with a high speed and accuracy. This machine is widely used for Energy, aerospace, automotive, printing, fabrication, transportation, military project, rubber, molding, food industry and so on.
Machine Overall layout
The overall layout is the movable gantry work table of symmetric structure,including working table base,working table ,left and right column, beam, slide carriage, Hydraulic system etc.
It's a is a frame structure made from the left and right column, the beam and the working table
is equipped with high rigidity iron with adopting resin - coated sand shell casting process, after casting process, do artificial aging annealing treatment for the part, after rough machining, do the second vibrating aging treatment.
The casting has high quality without crack,stomata,shrinkage and White tissue.After two artificial aging treatment, the casting has a stable structure and ensure the chemical composition,rigidity and stability of the material.Product quality certificate provide the analysis of chemical composition of cast iron,heat treatment report and heat treatment temperature time curve.
The machine has three CNC feed axis and three axis linkage achieving high speed and high precision mold processing and also large torque and heavy cutting machine processing.
The three axis of the machine tool has strict hard and soft limit double insurance,safety protection to To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the machine tool.
The machine has a metal telescopic protective cover and the guide of the cross beam is used in the protection of the accordion.
The machine has automatic chip removal function
The machine has automatic temperature control function
All parts of the machine tools are compulsory and automatic lubrication
2. Main Components of Gantry Milling Machine
1). Beam of gantry milling machine
The interior of beam adopts square box rib to improve the crush resistance and non-deformability and the vibration absorption ability. It is applicable for heavy-duty cuttings. The special design guarantees a high stability and precision.
2). Column of gantry milling machine
The Column adopts high rigidity Honeycomb-type rib, which has supra-maximal stress surface and occupied floor area. It also reduces the height of column and improves the vibration absorption and non-deformability ability. Meanwhile, it adopts unique heat-resistance symmetric style to ensure more stability of machine.
3). Machine Bed
The machine bed adopts unstressed resin sand mold. Integrally casting molding at a time by using excellent high strength casting iron. After twice special heat treatments and once artificial vibration aging treatment, it relieves the inner stress to ensure the high stability and durable precision of machine.

1). Free Installation and Commissioning at customer's site. We provide free professional technical training for users' operators and maintenance staff to enable them to properly use and operate themachine and carry out normal maintenance at customer's site, oversea customers are also available with free.
2. Warranty period: One year after acceptance of the machine.
3. In case of any quality problem found during operation, the factory will dispatch personnel to the user's location within 48 hours (domestic users) & within 7 days (Foreign Customer) and the technical staff won't leave before resolving the malfuntion.
4. The company will freely provide different electrical and mechanical parts for the purchased lathe timely within warranty period.
