Product Description

Commonly used dry mortar plant types include station layout, stepped layout, tower layout, etc. The general process is to lift all pre-processed raw materials to the top of the raw material silo, rely on the weight of the raw materials themselves to naturally flow out of the silo, and become the final product after weighing, batching, mixing, packaging and other processes. The entire production process of dry mortar plant is completed under the operation of modern microcomputer control system. The operator only needs to specify the type and quantity of the product, and all other operations are automatically completed by the control system without manual intervention. The entire dry mortar plant adopts closed production system equipment, and the site is clean and free of dust pollution, ensuring the health of workers. Workflow
1. Fine sand(1), cement(2), and fly ash(3) are respectively fed into the aggregate scale(5) and powder scale(6) through a screw conveyor(4), and after weighing, the mixture fall into the mixer(7).
2. The additives in the additive tank(10) enter the additive scale(11), after weighing, the additives enter the warehouse pump(12). There is a pipeline connection between the warehouse pump and the mixer. The warehouse pump is pressurized and the high-pressure gas transports the additives to the mixer. Various materials are mixed evenly in the mixer and enter the finished product silo(8). The finished production is bagged by the packaging machine(9) and palletized by the palletizer(15) for easy loading.
