All products comply with ROHS standards and specifications are: 100*160MM, 0.25+0.2MM double-sided coated copper, 0.38+0.2MM double-sided coated copper, 0.635+0.2/0.3MM double-sided coated copper,1.0+0.2/0.3MM double-sided coated copper.
Sliton provides aluminum nitride ceramic substrate of coated copper and high thermal conductivity, which is mainly used in high-power electric locomotives, hybrid electric vehicles and high-power industrial control module with180 W / M. K thermal conductivity, over 15KV above pressure proof, -60-1000℃ thermal endurance, 0.3 MMM thick double-sided coated copper.
