Product Description
The stool dehydrator is used for solid-liquid separation of the mother liquor after fermentation. The biogas residue separated from the water can also be used for solid waste separation. The dehydrator can be widely used as a kind of 60%-70% for various kinds of concentrated sewage such as chicken, cow, horse and pig.

Working principle: Main machines of livestock waste treatment equipment include: filter type, extrusion type and new generation centrifugal solid-liquid separator. First, higher moisture livestock manure need produced into the lower moisture dry materials from the chicken farm, cattle farm and pig farm. Through fermentation, deodorization and other auxiliary processes, dry manure material turned into the production of organic fertilizer raw materials. The separated liquid can be discharged to the standard or recycled through the auxiliary means such as biogas digester, oxygen consumption tank and filtration tank.
