Based on screw thread rolling machine, it is have two type thread roller. two rollers type for two roller thread rolling machine, three rollers type for pipe thread rolling machine.
Thrufeed thread rolling dies
Surface for thrufeed dies: Thrufeed: The threads are as the rings on the surface of thread rolling dies.
Thread rolling progress for thrufeed thread rolling dies: Set the helix angle with the roller shafts of thread rolling machines first, and insert the thread rolling dies.
Axial movement for thrufeed thread rolling dies: Work piece rides between the dies on a support blade.
Application for thrufeed dies: To thread rolling longer length of screws. (longer than the length of thread rolling dies).
