Double shaft shredder is specially designed for tire chips size separation.
Raw material: Truck and buses tires, car tires and passenger tires in general.
Final Product:Waste tires of less than 1200 mm and rubber materials can be crushed into 50mm-200mm block.
The shredded chips from prime shredder will drop on the rotary screen, and small chips will fall on the conveying belt, the big chips will be feed in the shredder for shredding and recycling again. The final chips will be around 50~60mm.
Therefore, to pre-shred tires into 50-200mm pieces, the preferred equipment is a dual-shaft shredder or a rotating mesh dual-shaft shredder.
Working principle of tire crushing and grinding production line
*First, the wire tire decomposing equipment breaks down the wire tires into blocks.
*Then the tire pieces are broken into (5-10cm) pieces by tire shredder.
*After passing through the steel wire separator: rubber and steel wire are separated and processed into rubber particles. (10mm-20mm).
* In rubber granulator: crush rubber granules to smaller sizes (1mm-7mm).
*After passing through the vibrating screen: separate the rubber particles of different sizes, and send the oversized particles back to the crusher for secondary crushing.
*Then fiber separator: remove foreign matter and fibers, and then enter the normal temperature rubber mill for fine grinding and process into fine rubber powder with a fineness of 5-80 mesh.
*Finally bagged and sold after magnetic separation
