Ultraviolet sterilizer uses ultraviolet radiation to clean food, which can kill microwave organisms (such as coliform, mold), and reduce the damage to the original ingredients of food.

Features
1.UV ultraviolet germicidal lamp 16 * 20W UV lamp in the machine inner and are installed all-round ( up and down 5 pcs for each, left and right 3 pcs for each) with 360 ° all-round sterilization, the number of lamps can be selected according to customer needs. Lamp life can reach 8000-10000 hours.
2.The conveyor belt is used for feeding and discharging. The mesh belt material includes pvc transparent mesh belt and Teflon mesh belt. The transparent mesh belt is convenient for powdery solid materials and is not easy to be missed. Teflon mesh belt is suitable for block.
3.Control cabinet, each UV sterilizer has a control cabinet, used to adjust the material import and export speed and sterilization time, sterilization time 3-5 minutes (controllable), conveyor belt speed 0-5m / min.
