FEATURES:
- Fabric inlet combination is combined by fabric infeed frame, centering device, padder, speed synchronous controller etc
- Horizontal type padder, its combined by two solid roller, one is columnolid roller, the other is the drum-type solid roller.
- All the operating parameters of the machine are displayed in the same interface
- Virtual button with icon is easy for operating
- Exactly control the process of putting on needles
- Gumming unit are adjustable to meet the different processing needs

- Minium lubricant consumption by the direct lubrication system
- The insulation panel of the whole machine is made of 150mm thickness high density heat insulating material, it keeps the heat loss at the lowest state
- All drive device are located outside the heated chamber and are accessible from the outside
