Product introduction of PS800 Model Flat Plate Variable Speed Centrifuge:
This PS800 model Variable Speed Centrifuge is upper discharge and intermittent operation type centrifuge. Material is feeded into the drum from the upper, with the centrifugal force, liquid is discharged out of he machine through the filter bag, and solids retained in the filter bag. After the drum stops, then to discharge the solids.
Main Features of PS800 Model Flat Plate Variable Speed Centrifuge:
1. Frequency converter starting, stable starting, adjustable separation factor
2. Artificial upper discharge.
3. The reasonable structure design effectively eliminates dead corner of sanitation. The structural parts adopt smooth transition and the surfaces are subjected to polishing treatment. The external structural parts, fasteners and bowl are all made of stainless steel. The housing adopts flap type cover, so that the space between the housing and bowl can be cleaned thoroughly.
4. It is equipped with the spray cleaning system to carry out CIP cleaning of the centrifuge, including cleaning of inner walls of the housing, interior and exterior surfaces of the bowl, surfaces of the liquid collector and other invisible parts inside the centrifuge.

For example: Gypsum, thiamine, mirabilite, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additives, dye, plastic raw material, soap, grease, all kinds of resins, food salt, sodium glutamate, food additives, starch sugar-making, vitamins, antibiotics, herbicide, insecticide, the dehydration of such mineral fines as copper, zinc, aluminum, etc.
