Excessively tight joints can weaken strength and reduce system stability, while overly loose joints may damage the belt and affect capacity. Maintain the perfect tension for seamless operation. During feeding, aim to place materials in the middle of the belt to prevent the conveyor from misaligning. Avoid informal loading and unloading to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
