Scope of application and performance characteristics of this product
The screening and stone removal combination screen is a new type of grain cleaning equipment that combines a preliminary cleaning cylindrical screen and a suction specific gravity stone removal machine. Mainly used for grain processing, separating large impurities such as grains, stems, stems, mud blocks, and separating shoulder stones from raw grains.
This machine first removes large impurities from grains and utilizes the characteristics of different densities and suspension speeds between grains and shoulder stones. With the help of an upward airflow passing through the gaps between grain flow particles, lighter grains are suspended, while heavier shoulder stones remain on the surface of the stone removal sieve with fish scales. Under the action of the inclined and reciprocating stone removal plate, the stones follow the fish scales to move towards the stone removal end. The grains floating on the upper layer slide towards the discharge end under their own weight, thereby separating heavy impurities such as shoulder stones from the grains and achieving the goal of removing impurities from the grains.
This type of stone removal machine consists of cylindrical initial cleaning, suction hood, screen body, vibration mechanism, frame, and other parts. See Figure 1
Rubber bearings are used at the connection of the vibration of this machine. Rubber bearings are durable and absorb vibrations.
The air volume adjustment of this machine is convenient and has a large range. The inclination angle of the stone slab can be adjusted within the range of 10-14 degrees. Therefore, when the output of this machine fluctuates within a certain range, it can achieve good cleaning effects.
