Product features
1. Engine: American standard Cummins 119kw, 160 horsepower, strong power, low energy consumption, low noise. The whole machine adopts the fully imported Danfoss electronic control hydraulic system.
2. The axle adopts the imported Kangmaier with advantages such as large torque, stable walking, small turning radius, and large bearing capacity. High and low speeds can be switched at will, with a speed of 2-28 kilometers per hour, which makes it easier and saves time when working and transferring. The auger reducer adopts the imported Kangmaier gearbox with large torque and stable output.
3. The axle and the frame are connected with spring plates for shock absorption, which can be adjusted and balanced independently during vehicle driving.
4. With the airbag seat, the driving operator can be more comfortable at work.
5. The tire adopts: 385/55R19.5 -16PR vacuum steel wire wide tire, which is more stable and has strong passability.
6. All feeding and discharging are transmitted by belts, making material feeding and discharging more accurate and uniform. The belt material is PVC material, which is more corrosion-resistant.
7. Main frame: High carbon steel plate is assembled and welded, with good flexibility and strong bearing capacity.
8. The tank body is made of Q355 manganese plate or nm400 wear-resistant steel, and the tank body surface is sandblasted

10. The unique tank resistance groove design is bent and formed by CNC bending machine, which makes mixing and cutting more wear-resistant and faster.
11 The agitator material is pressed with Q355 manganese plate NM400 wear-resistant plate, and high wear-resistant steel edges are welded on the edge of the agitator blade to make the mixing more wear-resistant and uniform, and the turning effect is better.
12 The front material reclaiming drum is welded with stainless steel, which has the advantages of lightness, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
