Centre-pipe/ Outer basket configurations used in radial flow reactors allow higher flow rates and reduced pressure drop compared with down flow systems. The use of vertical wires reduces catalyst pill abrasion. Our axially-seamless center-pipes have exceptionally high structural strength, and offer extended lifetime, compared to seam-welded patched structures supplied by any other manufacturer in the world. Our patented techniques ensure high accuracy and consistency of slot aperture, mechanical weld strength and screen lifetime in harsh operating conditions. Centre pipes of any height and diameter based on client's requirements can be manufactured with our unique manufacturing techniques and facilities.
