Product Introduction
In order to meet domestic clients' requirement for different fineness powder, Longyi depends on its RD team developed new upgraded classifying powder. It adopts direct-conected motor style impeller classifying system technology, also could collocates with electronic frequency converter to achieve step-less speed adjustment to suitable for classifying different fineness powder, after htat to realize high degree automation. Longyi secondary classifier with a compact structure could save space, and also could match with different kinds grinding mills flexibly such as grinding roller mill, ball mill, Raymond Mill etc that operation in a closed circuit system.
Technical Advantages
(1) High degree adjustment. By controlling variable frequency motor to adjust the classifying powder fineness. And we also could adjust the classifying system to get targeted product according to different powder requirement.
(2) Vertical classifying impellers are made of new wear-resistant, high accuracy, stable transmission, long service life.
(3) Secondary inlet air system controlled by electronical air valve system to realize control inlet air accurately, and high degree automation.
(4) High efficiency classifying, fine particle will be divided from the mixed and adhesive coarse particle when pre-classify material pass high-speed rotating classifier and cyclone involved by secondary inlet air, to improve the classify efficiency and accuracy.
(5) The whole classifying system with PLC intelligent control, simple operation, remote diagnostic, intelligent docking.

Application
(1) It could prefer dock with different kinds grinding mills such as airflow impacting mills, grinding roller mills, ball mills, Raymond mills and etc, that operation in a closed circuit system.
(2) With Longyi secondary classifying system, the classified particle fineness could reach 4000~5000mesh.
