PMD Seriesis a gantry mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine. It is mainly used for drilling, countersinking, chamfering, grooves in holes, and milling of workpieces such as flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, and slewing supports. The high-speed alloy drill bit can be used for internal cooling high-speed drilling, and the high-speed steel twist drill bit can also be used for external cooling drilling. The drilling depth can reach 10D (10 times the diameter) by using a special crown drill bit. The machining process is numerically controlled, the operation is very convenient, and it can realize automatic, high-precision, and many kinds of mass production.
This machine is suitable for drilling plate & pipe,baffle and flangin the petrochemical,boiler,refrigeration,wind power flange and other industries.It can also be used in the of connecting plate in the steel structure such as building,bridge,tower and so on.
HIGHLIGHTS:
1. Adopt siemens 828D CNC system + servo motor, easy to learn.
2. Equipped with chain plate type chip conveyor and chip collector for easy on-site cleaning.
3. Equipped with pressure adjustable high pressure internal cold water tank to enhance the surface finish of the parts.
4. The drive screws installed more than 5 meters are equipped with flexible screw supports to ensure stable accuracy.
5. The beam guide rails are installed on different surfaces, de compose the force.
