1. Automatic wafer baking oven:Equiped with Touch-screen and programmed by Siemens . PLC Software ,this unit is of electruc power or LPG,LNG to generate the heat energy to make wafer the wafer biscuit.
2. The equipment is easy to operate which with automatic temperature control ,lighting ,making mixer ,blowing ,sheet splicing to finish the baking process

Soft Waffle MAKING MACHINE Function:
1. Baking Oven is very important equipment in the waffle biscuit production line, the waffle baking system use gas for heating of the baking plates , the function of the baking oven is fully automatic from spreading batter on the plates through until baked waffle biscuits come out of the oven. 2. It can bake wide range of shape and patterns, also we can design new patterns in according to the clients' requirement . Baking is even and produces good quality waffle biscuits for next procedure.
3. In PLC there is PID controller which is used for controlling the temperature of the baking plates automatically.
With many advantages:
1. Reliable performance,stable operation, convenient maintenance, long working life.
2. All motor have the starting current protection and thermal overload protection, it is very easy operation for the worker.
3. The very important is high demoulding rate finished sheet rate of no less than 98%. Machines'material comply with food hygiene standard, all parts which is connected with food are adopt 304 stainless steel, except special parts.
4. After the waffle finished baking, the Needle hook machine (Needle hook cake system) rolls to the conveyor to complete the process of making the waffle biscuits.
