The pouring crucible furnace can also be called a simple centralized melting furnace. Its purpose is the same as that of the centralized melting furnace. It can be used to melt non-ferrous metals with low melting point (lower than 850 ℃), such as aluminum, zinc, lead, tin, etc.
In terms of use, it is better than the centralized melting furnace. It is especially suitable for enterprises with multiple material numbers or small amount of aluminum and high requirements for aluminum water quality.
The tilting rotary furnace has a much wider range of waste materials, from low-grade slag, chips, cans to high-quality process waste materials.
Therefore, recycled aluminum enterprises can smelt high-grade or even high-quality recycled aluminum from low-grade waste to obtain good economic benefits. The reverberatory furnace cannot be used to melt low-quality wastes such as chips and slag.
