Damp Type Permanent Magneric Roller Selector CYS Series
CYS Series permanence magnetic roller selector is applied to damp selecting tiny particles of powerful magnetic materials, or removing the mixed powerful magnetic mineral in the non-magnetic ore.
This device can feed and removing ore continuously, and has a deep magnetic field, and has a ideal handling ability.
The principle that when the ore pulp crossed the magnetic field, these powerful magnetic ore is attracted by the surface of the roller, the inferior of non-magnetic mineral are failed down with the rolling, all of the powerful minerals that attracted to the surface of the roller are took out of the magnetic field and rushed to the concentration mangers, then complete selecting.
The same roller can be fixed with three different mangers: forward flow manger(CTS), reverve flow manger(CTN) and the semi-reverve flow manger(CTB), so as to suit to various demands.
The forward flow manger is used to selecting the particle whose size is about 6-0mm.
The reverve flow manger is used to selecting the particle and the recycling of the weighty mediates whose size is about 0.6-0 mm in coal selecting industry.
The semi-reverse flow manger used to selecting the particle whose size is about 0.5-0mm, even satisfied with the concentration whose size is about 0.15-0mm.
