What is MDF?

After hot grinding out chemical fiber and then adding glue to make the water content of chemical fiber more than 60%, the chemical fiber material is stored for a period of time after drying, and the chemical fiber is fed by centrifugal fan to the one-key laying machine, the rough forming of the chemical fiber is established by vacuum pump cyclone, and the whole forming process of the plate is established according to the sub-prestressed tensioning machine

Wood drum chipper

Screening

Dryer
The moisture content of the fiber can reach 40%-50%, if the fiber is not dried, it is difficult for the fiber to adapt to the subsequent working section , The drying temperature is mainly controlled at about 165ºC in this process section , will not cause resin pre-curing , which will affect the mechanical properties of the board such as MOR and IB.
Forming
The fiber in the fiber bin is paved through the mesh belt, and the prepressing edge is cut into the blank board while the fiber is paved
