It is a kind of automation product newly developed by our company, using plane vibration, mold vibration, extrusion compression vibration to manufacture average density and high strength blocks. The unique dose-charging device and robust material distribution structure ensure the quality of the various materials in the block. PLC control is adopted to realize automatic plate feeding, batching and brick discharging. High efficiency, is the ideal equipment for manufacturing new wall materials.

First: mixer
Stir the brick ingredients well.
Second: the conveyor belt
The mixed raw material is transferred to the storage tank of the brick-making machine.
Third: brick machine
The raw material is introduced into the mold and extruded by vibrating motors and hydraulic devices.
Fourth: block stacker
The produced bricks are stacked to facilitate transportation and save operating space.

Two 3 KW vibrators are used in the lower vibration, and two 1.5 KW vibrators are used in the upper vibration, so the block made of
this machine has high strength and accurate size. Its performance and product quality are comparable to large equipment.
It uses the Mode 350 reducer to raise and lower the die, thus greatly improving the service life of the reducer
