High efficient gold mining equipment flotation separator for extracting gold
Flotation separator is used for extracting of metals like gold, argent, iron, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel and aluminum. It is also suitable for extracting of ferrous metals and non-metals.
Working Principle of Flotation Separator
The impellers are driven through V-belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, the flotation separator inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it stirs ore slurry to make it mix with medication to form mineralized froth. Adjust the height of flashboard to control liquid level and make useful froth scraped out by loam board.
Instructions for Flotation Separator
Check bolts of every section before starting the machine and use hand instead of impellers to prevent sediment from adding burden of electromotor . Adjust the height of strobe carefully to keep the stablization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder. Impellers and stators should have a distance and should be changed when they are worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.

1) The impeller consists of closed double section cones, which can produce strong down-circulation.
2) Big air inlet amount, low energy consumption.
3) Each trough has the function of air suction, ore pulp suction and flotation, it can realize a flotation circuit by itself, without no auxiliary equipments. Horizontal configuration makes it easy to change process.
4) Rational ore pulp circulation reduces coarse sand sediment.
5) There are automatic and electric control devices of ore pulp level, which makes adjustment easier.
