NC Helix-knife Cut Off is designed in the scissor type with design speed at 150m/min and cutting length from 500mm to 9999mm, as well as the cutting accuracy up to ±1mm during constant speed.

The entire system adopts C.E. standard design and is subject to the strict measurement of NC industrial grade to make sure of the quality, stability and life expectancy. The brake is in power-regeneration storage design for above 30% power save to overcome the instability of power in factories. The system is functioned with automatic detecting to prevent abnormal usage and damages by faulty operation. The computer can automatically adjust the acceleration of sheet cutting according to sheet specifications and speed and automatically track sheet transmitting speed to be online. The computer can store up to 999 orders and finish them automatically in sequence or as per the prior condition. The screen can show different production information. The knife shaft is fabricated through fully-automatic machining center for high precision and stable running at high speed. The gear is made of high quality alloy steel and treated with quenching, carburizing and grinding for hardness up to HRC58-60°. Oil pump auto-cycle lubricating system is adopted for high transmission precision. Also the separate oil pump and filter are matched with two sets of cooper tube locating next to each gear for oil supply, lubricating and cooling. In addition, with under voltage protection system, the knife shall stop running while the relay is in running in case of gear damage lack of oil pressure. Packaging & Shipping

2. What is the payment term you accept?
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.
3. What is your leading time in average? How much time needs for installation?
The manufacturing period for machine is 45 days since deposit is received and installation period is around 7 days.
4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.
5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up to factory
